Reservation:
Facial treatments are available by appointment only(walk-ins are base on availability.) We recommend book your appointment earlier to ensure the appointment time that works for you.
We require a credit card to hold an appointments.
Gratuities
Our listed rates do not include gratuity. A cash gratuity of 18-25% of each service’s origin price is appropriate and appreciated. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction.
Late Arrivals:
It is best to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment start time. If you arrive later than the scheduled start time, we still have to end your treatment on the initial scheduled end time and you are still responsible for full service fees. If you are late to your appointment more than 15 minutes, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and marked as no-show.
Same Day No show/Cancellations/Rescheduling
Your appointment is very important to us and that are reserved especially for you. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Otherwise same day cancellation Fee of $50 will be charge.
If you have no-showed more than once and did not pay for no-show fee, you will not be allowed to make any further appointment with us. Thank you for your cooperation!

Losses or Damages
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any losses or damages of personal items, please take all your belongings with you before you leave.
Refund
Unfortunately, all refund or reimbursement of any payments for transactions on any prior services or gift cards or certificates cannot be processed. Facial services and gift cards/certificates are non-refundable.
Series
Unused fully deposited series can be fully refunded in their original payment method for any reason within 30 days of the fully deposited date by calling, emailing, or informing us in-store. After 30 days, unused fully deposited series can only be fully refunded in in-store credit for any reason, and the service type of series can be exchanged with other services of its same type that is equal or lesser in its original, non-discounted value. Unused partially deposited series can be fully refunded in their original payment method for any reason within 14 days of the partially deposited date by calling, emailing, or informing us in-store. After 14 days, unused partially deposited series can only be fully refunded in in-store credit for any reason, and the service type of series can be exchanged with other services of its same type that is equal or lesser in its original, non-discounted value. Used series can only be cancelled if the purchaser or receiver relocates to another state or country when accompanied with a proof-of-address, and used services from those series will no longer be charged at discounted prices, but at original, non-discounted prices, and the remainder balance of the series will be fully refunded in their original payment method.
